Security deposit are processed through the rental platform.

Deposits are refunded after the vehicle is returned, minus any applicable charges such as refueling, excess mileage, tolls, unpaid citations, damage claims, or rental extensions.

Yes, all rentals require active insurance coverage during your trip.

You’ll be able to purchase coverage directly during checkout, if needed.

Our minimum booking age is 18 years old, however there is a “Young Driver” fee that the platform implements.

Pickup instructions are provided prior to the start of your trip. Depending on the vehicle and reservation, pickup may be available through airport delivery or contactless check-in.

We offer flexible pickup times whenever possible, including early mornings and late-night arrivals.
